I attended University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with a Undergraduate BFA degree in Technical Theatre with a focus in Scenic Design. In college, I spent time learning different painting techniques while assistanting under our Head Paint Charge. This knowledge was very helpful as I later began Head Paint Charge for a few projects in college. Currently, I am studying scenic painting at Cobalt Studios in Upstate New York. I have been participating in theatre since childhood and became more passionate about the technical aspects in high school. I have a newfound love of scenic painting and have been driven to grow my love of scenic painting the past few years. This has made me excited for the opportunity to use my new skills to continue my love for technical theatre.
